I’m Eddie Meltzer, founder of Security Cloud and Mobile Partners. I wake up every day excited to help shape how electronic security is evolving worldwide by focusing on service.  


I grew up working in every position imaginable in the industry - from installer to CEO of a family-held systems integrator, Wornall Electronics, which was acquired by Securitas.  As National Director of Service Sales and then Director of Cloud Hosting for Niscayah USA, then Global Sales Director for Stanley Security, I was involved hands-on in the management, sales, marketing and operations functions of both regional and global electronic security businesses.  I know this business.   And I know service and what customers expect and how to deliver it.  


All told, in my 30 years in the industry, I’ve held critical roles and honed expertise in large and small organizations, in nearly every vertical market, and on nearly every continent. Though diverse, these experiences have proven to me over and over -- outstanding service and support are the missing ingredients to profit and customer lifetime value.  And without outstanding and PROACTIVE service strategies, Risk Increases.


It’s also shown me security’s future growth trajectory – its potential big data and signal data values and the path it must take to serve organizations growing quickly in locations all around the globe.   Allow me to show you how to leverage your service data to the benefit of your organization.
